food service and retail establishments, nationwide.
From the very basics such as milk, flour, butter and eggs, to cheese, charcuterie, fresh produce and luxury ingredients from around the world, we do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products remains as high as possible and will take that extra step to make sure our customers have everything they need.
In order to maintain our competitive pricing and excellent service, our accounting terms require credit accounts to be settled by the due date. Your account manager can confirm your account terms for you and we do reserve the right to suspend deliveries if accounts are beyond our terms. We would ask that all customers respect our need to maintain a healthy cashflow and pay on time.
Please be aware of pre-ordering requirements on some of our range. We do not like to let customers down, but our pre-order rules are set for us by our suppliers and, in many cases account for the time required to actually produce the product. As well as the Fresh Produce and Bakery & Pre-Order section, there are a few other really specialist products that require extra notice. The prices quoted in our list are exclusive of VAT, where applicable.

Within the service we offer we are committed to meet all our customer requirements e.g. regulatory, social and ethical. This commitment is in line with the company’s long term objectives whilst continually maintaining customer satisfaction. While both our production facilities are accredited to nationally recognised standards, regularly audited by government agencies and independent auditors, our goal is to ensure that all of our sites are accredited to the relevant BRC standard by 2017.
Turners Fine Foods are fully committed to provide a high service level while continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our fully documented and controlled quality management system. All certification is available on request. Senior management are committed to providing the resources necessary to maintain and continually improve the current management system and assure customer satisfaction. The management team ensure that this is communicated and understood at all levels within the organisation. All members of staff are required to comply with the processes and procedures outlined in the quality manual.
